High Tide Constructions is open five days per week and by appointment on weekends. We offer site inspections across Australia for our potential clients, site inspections allow a good overall view to provide the best possible out come when designing and undertaking the installation process. We offer display units on site at our manufacturing facility, we have many floor plans to choose from and we have no hesitation in working with our clients on custom designs. All inclusion selections are listed and shown in drawing form or photos, so our clients are completely aware of their inclusions. All internal and external color selections are of standard color bond range, but we have no hesitation on working with our clients and their selections. Building Process High Tide Constructions retains all aspects of the building process, from the design and final over all dimensions. All steel work is forwarded to the fabrication work shop, where our skilled trades men weld all of our bases in conjunction with drawings. All steel frames are painted in black conceal. The frames are then set up in a level position from the start to the finish of our building procedure. At High Tide Constructions we have the ability not to move our units throughout construction. Our qualified tradesman and construction manager completely follow our building process through out the complete construction. All of our building components and materials are of Australian Standards no second hand or down graded products are used on any of our units. Transportation Planning At High Tide Constructions all transport operations are retained within the company, this allows the company to stay in control of transport operations. High Tide Constructions has a couple of full time subcontractors that transport our units Australia wide. Regardless if it is a miner’s accommodation unit in far north Queensland, A caravan park cabin in South Australia or a granny flat in Gippsland, High Tide has all aspects covered. Site inspections and transport management is the main key for a successful operation, working in conjunction with Vic roads escorts and highway patrol. This allows for a smooth flowing operation, this become a standout when High Tide Constructions delivered two 1500 x 5400 three bedroom units up to the Stonhaven region in New South Wales, Working in conjunction with Vic roads, RTA, New South Wales highway patrol and a number of escorts including traffic management operations. High Tide Constructions transport operations manager has a can do work ethic and works very closely with our clients to achieve a safe and positive out come for all involved. Installation As all transport operations are retained and controlled by the company this allows all installation processes to be a well controlled section of the final process, working in conjunction with many crane companies across Australia. This allows High Tide Constructions to keep a safe working environment using trained operators. There are many ways that a cabin can be loaded and unloaded on site pending site and access. In late 2010 we had undertaken some very difficult installs, all of these had been in conjunction with a traffic management plan and a safe working environment. All on site connections are detailed and supplied with all units regardless of if it is being installed by the High Tide team or if it is being delivered interstate. Communication and clarity are High Tide Constructions key words, when undertaking installation. When a site inspection has been achieved then all service connections will be detailed, this is generally undertaken by High Tide Constructions contractors or subcontractors, working in conjunction with the site installation connection process. Our aim is to make the entire process a rewarding and exciting experience. Final Outcome Completion and hand over of units is a simple process, as we have already worked closely with all of our clients. All detail and inclusions have been implemented through out the building and installation process. The hand over is always done with ease. All windows are untapped and flysceen doors fitted and a final clean when required. Entry stairs or disabled ramps are installed for access. Ball boards are installed when required and all service connections are completed. The keys are handed over after installation; the final out come is only a one or two day period.
