The High Tide Construction Team have been pleased to hand over the keys to Warralily Estate Armstrong Creek after the delivery of the new sales office. The sales office has an overall dimension of 16.9 meters x 4.9 meters.

Attached are three modular deck sections, one entry ramp, entrance deck and a side deck with pergola.

The construction time from contracts had an eight  week dead line, from the excavations and footings to final hand over all aspects were undertaken by H.T.C, site preparation had been undertaken within one day and then installation and final commissioning was all undertaken in one day.

The sales team of Warralily were very impressed by the overall look and feel.
